7-day CLEAN DETOX with NO Crazy Fasting or Fad Diets

A healthy detox requires healthy nutrients. Detoxing the body will help the body run more smoothly and enhance the body's immune system. When we look at our daily lives, there is so much disease that comes from congestion and stagnation in the body. Our health is at risk when we have too much build up. Luckily our body can naturally detox without any crazy fasting or fad diets.

7-Day Clean Detox Diet:

Day 1: drink at least 8 glasses per day

You will continue to do this EVERYDAY. In fact, if you can continue to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day for 66 days this would be amazing for your body. Did you know? it take 66 days to form a habit according to James Clear author of Atomic Habits.

TIP: drink water 30 minutes before or after your meals

Day 2: Cut out processed, packaged or ultra processed foods. Items such as:

  • Candy

  • Chips

  • Chocolate

  • Crackers

  • Cookies

  • Bread

  • Boxed cereal

  • Popcorn

  • Fast food

  • Junk food

  • Soda and Fruit Juices

  • Alcohol

  • Dairy

Avoid smoking (cigarettes and marijuana)

For best results cut out caffeine

Day 3: Cook with:

  • Avocado Oil

  • Olive Oil

  • Coconut Oil

Incorporate bitter foods or bitter veggies with naturally sweet foods daily. see bottom of the blog for some recipes.

Day 4 & 5: Drink Cinnamon, Lemon and Hot water in the morning (continue to eat whole foods)

Day 6 & 7: Drink apple cider vinegar and water in the morning (continue to eat whole foods)
